FREEDL Carica is a deep black, alcohol-free stout with remarkable depth and elegance. Brewed with carefully selected cascara—the dried fruit skin of the coffee cherry—this beer bridges classic stout character with a refined, fruity twist.
On the nose, roasted malt, dark chocolate, and coffee notes unfold alongside subtle hints of red berries, rosehip, and dried fruit. The palate is smooth and well balanced, offering malty richness, gentle cocoa tones, and a natural fruitiness from the cascara reminiscent of cherry and blackcurrant. A soft bitterness and a clean, dry finish provide structure and excellent drinkability.
This beer is the result of a close collaboration between two local heroes: FREEDL and Kuntrawant Roastery in Lana. United by craftsmanship, creativity, and a passion for quality, they have created an alcohol-free stout that celebrates collaboration as much as character.
