RECIPE CHERRY LADY

Glass: Tumbler filled with ice cubes
Method: Shake and double strain (Hawthorne strainer and fine mesh strainer)
Garnish: Edible flower petals on the rim
Ingredients
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 5 cl non-alcoholic Limoncello (e.g. Nexus Loyal by Harpf)
- 2.5 cl fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 cl elderflower syrup
- Amantè by Cherry Tree to top up
Preparation
- Muddle the ginger slice gently in a shaker.
- Add the non-alcoholic Limoncello, lemon juice, and elderflower syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Double strain through a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer into a tumbler filled with ice cubes.
- Slowly top up with Amantè by Cherry Tree to create a visually appealing layered effect.
- Garnish with edible flower petals on the rim.
