1. Scope

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to either their commercial or their self-employed professional activity.
An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person, or a legally capable partnership, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with Pfefferlechner GmbH.

By displaying the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.
You may place products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your details at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction features provided in the order process.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contract Language, Storage of the Contract Text

The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you your order data and our Terms & Conditions in text form.
For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible online after completion.

4. Delivery Conditions

Shipping costs are added to the product prices indicated.
You will be informed of the applicable shipping costs during the ordering process before submitting your binding order.

We ship exclusively via delivery service.
Self-collection of the goods is not possible.
Any delivery restrictions are indicated on the respective product page or during the checkout process.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Credit Card

When submitting your order, you provide your credit card information.
After verification as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

PayPal

During the order process you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
To pay via PayPal, you must be registered or register first, authenticate yourself, and confirm the payment instruction.
After submitting the order, we request PayPal to initiate the payment.
The payment transaction is then carried out automatically by PayPal.

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the statutory right of withdrawal, as explained in the withdrawal policy provided in our shop. In the event of a withdrawal, the customer shall return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed us of the withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for organizing the return shipment. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will reimburse all payments received from the customer, excluding delivery costs, using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Transport Damage

For consumers:
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery company as soon as possible and contact us immediately.

Failure to file a complaint or contact us has no effect on your statutory rights, particularly your warranty rights.
However, you help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

9. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Claims for damages are excluded unless they arise from:

  • injury to life, body, or health,

  • breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations),

  • intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us, our legal representatives, or agents.

In the event of negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage unless the claim relates to injury to life, body, or health.

The provisions of the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

10. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

We are willing to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Final Provisions

Contracts concluded through our shop are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Statutory provisions on the restriction of the choice of law and the applicability of mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of habitual residence remain unaffected.

If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by the relevant statutory regulation.
If this would constitute an unreasonable hardship for one of the parties, the contract as a whole becomes invalid.
