For the occasion of our 5th anniversary, we are having a three-day Pizza e Birra Pop-Up hosted by il Corso Bolzano at our home Pfefferlechner.
We were able to convince the one and only Francesco Gabriele from Il Corso Bolzano to co-host the Pop-Up. For us pizza and birra are two things that match perfectly and despite being casual and easygoing, they can create the most amazing experiences. The perfect expression for our lifelong mood of casual-fancy! We are beyond happy to have this unique collaboration of IL CORSO x FREEDL for our Birthday Party!

Francesco at the forno
Francesco, who won the award of “Best Pizzaiolo of North Italy” already at the age of 22, will create three pizzas corresponding to our three FREEDLs. Usually, Francesco, together with his family, creates the best pizzas at their home “il Corso” in Bolzano. But for three special days, he will be changing location.
Klara on the bike
If Klara did not have to sleep or work from time to time, she would be on her bike 24/7. Sharing her passion, she will take you on a Social Ride on Saturday the 27.04 to Caldaro and back, ending the ride with some Pizza e Birra at Pfefferlechner.
Gino Ginastica at the turn tables
Gino is at the turntables like a Chai Latte on the Beach: refreshingly different. From House to Tech-house to classical Beethoven - South Tyrol's Johnny Depp plays with the beats like Bwl-Justus with his leads.
